This document (together with all documents referenced herein) sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of this website – www.myrecruit.ro (hereinafter the "Website").

The purpose of the Website is to present and promote the recruitment and HR consultancy services provided by S.C. MY RECRUIT S.R.L and to facilitate the contracting process with potential clients interested in these services.

Please read these Terms and Conditions, the Cookie Policy, and the Privacy Policy before using the Website.

By accessing and using the Website, you expressly acknowledge the binding nature of these documents and commit to complying with them.

1. WHO WE ARE

The MY RECRUIT recruitment agency (hereinafter "the Company" or "We") was established in 2022, in Iasi, born out of a passion for recruitment and HR consultancy. We provide quality human resources services, built on the development and strengthening of truly professional relationships, acting as a trusted business partner.

Our recruitment firm brings together consultants with over 11 of experience in recruiting specialists and experts, top management recruitment, executive search, and headhunting across diverse industries. We operate across Romania and internationally, supporting partners wherever talent needs arise.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

2.1. The Company is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights relating to the Website's content, including but not limited to: articles, text, photographs, illustrations, music, audio and video clips, trademarks, logos, and designs.

2.2. Website visitors may access, download, and print materials published on the Website, free of charge, exclusively for personal and non-commercial use. No right, title, or legitimate interest in the materials published on the Website is transferred to or recognised for website visitors as a result of any such action.

2.3. No section of the Website's content over which the Company holds intellectual property rights may be reproduced, distributed, or published in any form, for any purpose or by any means, without the prior written consent of the Company.

Accordingly, website visitors declare that by simply using the Website, they understand and consent not to copy, modify, sell, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, or create derivative works based on the information published on the Website.

3. ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE

3.1. Access to the platform is provided exclusively through the public domain: www.myrecruit.ro

3.2. The Visitor/Candidate may submit their CV through the application form on the Website but is not entitled to download, partially or fully modify, reproduce in whole or in part, copy, sell/resell, or otherwise exploit the Website for commercial purposes or in ways contrary to the interests of MY RECRUIT.

3.3. Communication with our company can be carried out through direct interaction with MY RECRUIT, via the contact details listed in the "Contact" section of the Website, or through the contact form available on the website.

4. USE OF THE WEBSITE

4.1. By using the Website, you undertake:

  • Not to make any false or fraudulent requests. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that such a request has been made, we reserve the right not to respond to it and to notify the relevant competent authorities accordingly.
  • To provide us with your first name and surname, a valid email address, and/or other accurate and correct contact details. If you do not provide all the information we require, we may be unable to respond to your request.

4.2. By using the Website in any manner and for any purpose, you declare that you meet the conditions required by law — namely, that you have the legal capacity to enter into legal acts that give rise to the obligations set out in these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy.

4.3. The mere use of the Website and/or the submission of a request through the contact form, and the response to such a request, does not bind the Company in any way towards the Visitor/Candidate, and does not constitute the conclusion of a contract between the Company and the Visitor/Candidate.

4.4. Through the Website, the Company invites Visitors/Clients to engage in the contracting of products and services provided by the Company. The Visitor or Client shall contact the Company (by completing the Contact Form or using any of the contact details published on the Website and listed in Section 1 of these Terms and Conditions) for the purpose of negotiations and the conclusion of a service agreement. All essential elements for the valid conclusion of such agreement shall be established in that contract, in accordance with applicable law.

5. CV SUBMISSION AND CANDIDATE APPLICATION

5.1. Candidates interested in open positions advertised on the Website may submit their application directly through the application form available on www.myrecruit.ro. No account registration is required to submit an application.

5.2. When submitting an application, candidates are required to provide the following information:

  • First name and surname
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Location (city/country)
  • CV (uploaded as an attachment)

5.3. Upon successful submission of the application form, candidates will receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt of their application. This confirmation does not constitute a commitment to proceed with the candidacy or to fill the advertised position.

5.4. By submitting the application form, the candidate expressly consents to MY RECRUIT retaining their personal data and CV in our candidate database for the purpose of matching their profile against current and future open positions. Candidate data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.5. Candidates may request the deletion of their personal data from our database at any time by contacting us at the email address listed in Section 1 of these Terms and Conditions. Upon receipt of such a request, MY RECRUIT will delete the candidate's data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

5.6. MY RECRUIT does not guarantee that the submission of an application will result in an interview, a job offer, or any other outcome. The Company reserves the right to close, pause, or remove any advertised position at any time without prior notice.

6. PAYMENTS RELATED TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED

6.1. Access to the Website and submission of applications is free of charge for candidates. Any payments related to recruitment or HR consultancy services rendered to client companies will be governed by the individual contracts concluded separately between MY RECRUIT and its clients.

7. SECURITY GUARANTEES

7.1. For all services promoted on www.myrecruit.ro, our company guarantees that it will take all necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure a high level of security and confidentiality of data, even in the event of external threats to our website (e.g. cyberattacks).

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1. The Company assumes no liability for any damages that the website visitor, potential Client, Candidate, or any third party may suffer as a result of using the Website in any manner or for any purpose, or as a result of the Company's compliant performance of any of its legal and/or contractual obligations.

8.2. The Visitor/Candidate shall use the services offered through the Website entirely at their own risk. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information transferred/received through the Website and for processing it in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

8.3. Information of any kind presented through the Website is provided by the Company in the form and content in which it was received or obtained, without modification. The Company does not guarantee and assumes no responsibility for the correctness, accuracy, or timeliness of any such information.

9. OUR RIGHT TO MODIFY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

9.1. We reserve the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time, at our discretion.

You are responsible for reading the Terms and Conditions, the Cookie Policy, and the Privacy Policy in their entirety, as the updated version in force at the time of using the Website shall apply.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

10.1. The use of the Website and the conclusion, performance, and termination of contracts entered into with the Company through the Website shall be governed by Romanian law.

10.2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the Website or the conclusion, performance, and termination of such contracts shall be resolved amicably or, where this is not possible, by the competent Romanian courts.
